What is included in the St Croix CE Adventure:
24 to 42 NCBTMB approved CE hours
6 to 9 nights accommodation from December 11, 2024 through December 19, 2024 (checking out December 20, 2024) – double occupancy
All food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, at the Divi Resort restaurants
Poolside or beach yoga most mornings taught by Amanda
All amenities at the resort (2 pools, 2 hot tubs, non-motorized water sports, tennis, pickleball, etc)
Beachfront rooms
What is NOT included in the St Croix CE Adventure:
All hotel rooms are double occupancy – if you prefer single occupancy, there will be an additional charge
Transportation from and to the airport is NOT included in the package – cost each way is $25 per person – Divi Resort has a taxi service they use, apparently others will charge much more
Any excursion fees and transportation fees
Airfare is NOT included in the package (fly into Henry E Rohlsen Airport (STX) on St Croix – NO PASSPORT NEEDED)

December 13, 14, & 15, 2024 – times will vary – SMRT: Hips, Lower Back, & Abdomen – 24 CEs – Instructor: Dawn Lewis
December 17 & 18, 2024 – 8:30 to 5:30 – Neuromuscular Cupping Fundamentals – 18 CEs (16 live and 2 home study) – Instructor: Gretchen Popp
We will be staying at the Divi Resort Carina Bay on St Croix. This is a link to their website, https://www.diviresorts.com/divi-carina-bay-beach-resort-casino.htm The Divi resort is adult only. All registrants must be 18 or older.
We will be asking several people to bring tables. I will be rebating $200 for travel costs to anyone who brings a table.
There will be 3 options for you to choose from for Full Circle’s CE Adventure. They are as follows:
Option 1
Six nights from December 11, 2024 through December 16, 2024 (checking out on December 17th). Schedule for option 1:
December 11th – fly into St Croix
December 12th – have a fabulous day hanging at the hotel, exploring the island, or taking an excursion
December 13th – SMRT hips, lower back, & abdomen class from 8 am to 5:30 pm
December 14th – SMRT hips, lower back, & abdomen class from 8 am to 3:30 pm (the early end time is so we can go into town and see the Christmas Boat Parade, if we would like to)
December 15th – SMRT hips, lower back, & abdomen class from 8 am to 5:30 pm
December 16th – have a lovely day relaxing, snorkeling, playing golf, or whatever you choose
December 17th – fly home
You may bring a partner/spouse/parent/friend. Pricing for option 1:
Double occupancy – $2400 with registration by October 11, 2024 – $2600 with registration after October 11, 2024 – space can be held with a $1000 deposit – final payment will be due October 11, 2024
Single occupancy – $3000 with registration by October 11, 2024 – $3200 with registration after October 11, 2024 – space can be held with a $1000 deposit – final payment will be due October 11, 2024
Partner/spouse/parent/friend – $1500 – space can be held with a $500 deposit – final payment will be due October 11, 2024

December 16th – another fantastic day in paradise to do whatever you would like
December 17th – Neuromuscular Cupping Fundamentals from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm December 18th – Neuromuscular Cupping Fundamentals from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (this class is NCBTMB approved for 16 live CEs and 2 home study CEs – you will receive a set of cups in this class)

How to add extra nights:
There will be an option to add extra nights
When you register, put a note in the note box telling us the dates of the extra nights you would like
You can add extra nights to option 1 by coming in early or leaving late – for example, you could come in on December 9th and add 2 extra nights, December 9th and 10th – another example, you could stay through December 19th and add 2 extra nights, December 17th and 18th
You can add extra nights to option 2 by coming in early – the hotel will extend the same rate to us for December 4th through 20th – for example, you could come in on December 7th and add 4 extra nights, December 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th
You can add extra nights to option 3 by coming in early – for example, you could come in on December 11th and add 3 extra nights, December 11th, 12th, and 13th
Additionally, there are tickets for only the classes. These tickets are for therapists living on the island of St Croix. If you live on the island, please choose one or both CE classes when you register
Refund policy: If you withdraw by October 11, 2024, $250 is non-refundable, all other monies will be refunded within 30 days. If you withdraw after October 11, 2024 but before November 20, 2024, $500 is non-refundable, all other monies will be refunded within 30 days. Non-refundable amounts with withdrawal before November 20, 2024 can be used for future classes. If you withdraw after November 20, 2024, no refund will be issued.
