Must have an up to date oregon massage licensed, and liability insurance (amta, ambp, etc…)
Responsibilities:
– Provide professional and therapeutic massage services to clients
– Assess clients’ needs and create customized treatment plans
– Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage, within your scope of practice.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, if needed
– Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, if needed
– Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Experience:
– Must be an up to date oregon state licensed massage therapist
– Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue and Swedish massage
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt techniques to meet the specific needs of each client
– Experience working in a healthcare or occupational health setting is a plus
