Class meets downstairs in the Mandala Community Space.
Please arrive a little early to set up your movement area and bring a yoga mat and yoga strap/belt.
Yoga blocks and blankets are available for use in the Artsy Healer office on the main floor level.
This is a self-care yoga course to give massage therapists tools that may help them attain greater physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Students will learn and practice pranayama, vinyasa, and yin, and restorative yoga specific to the needs of massage therapists.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in practicing pranayama, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. The learner will be able to utilize breathe practice, moving with their inhale and exhale, stretching their own muscles and tendons, and practicing relaxing poses upon successful completion of the course.
